International meeting planner2–6 cities · In your browser, no account
Send meeting options. Make the local date clear.
Across cities. A meeting that fits.
For overseas contacts without a shared calendar. Enter their available hours and meeting length, then send options with each city’s local date and weekday.
How to use
1. Set the host date and the meeting length (15–180 minutes). The first city is the host: the board's axis is its local day, with its real length on clock-change days.
2. For each city, search by city, country or time zone, and enter the hours people can meet. If “until” is earlier than “from”, the hours run past midnight.
3. For the other cities, “automatic” checks the dates around the host date, so a city that is a day ahead or behind is handled. You can also pin the day before, the same day or the day after.
4. “Find times” draws everyone's hours on one axis. Teal is time shared by all and still ahead. Start times are every 15 minutes, plus the exact start of a shared span.
5. A local time that doesn't exist (clocks jump forward) is rejected; a time that happens twice (clocks go back) must be chosen. Offsets such as +05:45 and 30-minute changes are supported.
6. Pick a time to see it in every city, add up to 3 times to a proposal and send the link, or download one time as a UTC .ics file.

Privacy
Calculations and input stay in this browser. Only when you press “Save current hours” are cities, hours, meeting length and set name stored in this browser for this same site. You can delete and undo deletion. Dates, selections and proposals are not stored. No cookies, analytics, ads, remote fonts or images are used.

Proposal and share links store only UTC times, the length, the time zones and their UTC offsets after “#”. Browsers don't send that part to a server, but anyone with the link can read it. Names, emails and entered hours are never included.
The .ics file is made on your device and contains no names, emails, attendees or titles.
