Common questions

Save does nothing: Save stays off until an image is open and an important area is marked. The reason is shown next to the button.

My file was refused: only one PNG or JPEG up to 20 MiB, 20 MP and 8192 px per side can be opened.

Nothing appears to download: check your browser’s download list or save dialog. The editor cannot see whether a file reached your disk.

Describe your browser, device, the steps you took and what you expected. Please do not send your product photos or other personal files.
